Cleaning Department
Staff working in the accommodations perform any combination of cleaning duties to assure that establishments remain in a clean and orderly condition. It shall be in your control to assure that the working environment is with clean, hygienic and satisfying.  

Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms, operating laundry, handling a number of mechanized equipment and applying a demanding working schedule. You must follow the required international procedures  or handling, cleaning, disposing or moving of objects and/or preventing infections. FOSS will make sure all means are provided for support.  The jobs in this area require to lift, carry, walk, sit, pull, etc.. Thus, every position demands good physical and mental health.

Kitchen Area
Under the general guidance of the Operations Manager, the kitchen workforce cares for the planning, preperation and operation of the kitchen accommodations. You'll ensure that food leaving the kitchen is always safe to be consumed, delicious in taste and appetizingly presented. 

The kitchen team consists out of the Executive Cooks who coordinate the work of a kitchen staff and direct food service operations, and the Food Preperation Staff who contribute to the food preperation by slicing and dicing ingredients to compose cold as well as hot dishes. 

Duties include menu planning, maintaining optimal levels of stock availability by taking periodic stock counts and unloading and receiving food supplies, maintaining kitchen areas in hygienic and good conditions, removal of garbage, using and improving food preperation techniques, handling kitchen utensils and working close in a team-oriented environment.
